TESTEGG SOFTWARE collects personal information from you in multiple ways from different locations in the TESTEGG.COM web site. To use a number of services users need to register as Educators or Students. During registration, we collect personal information from you. This includes your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, fax number, and other communication/address related information. Information posted by Educators as a part of a course posting is accessible to all users.
TESTEGG collects email addresses from users when these are provided by such users.
TESTEGG collects IP addresses of the client connection to ensure the availability and proper operation of our services and to prevent or correct potential misuse

The information is collected by TESTEGG SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED a company registered under the laws of India.
3) How does TESTEGG use the information?
TESTEGG uses the information primarily to enable the provision of services contained within the TESTEGG.com web site. For example, the information is used to identify TESTEGG’s customers (Educators and Students) and to provide them appropriate customer service.
